Bird Sanctuary Trail

Description
The Bird Sanctuary Trail is a short trail located in Webster, NY running from North Ponds Park north-east to Webster Rd (route 250).
Trail Heads
The south entrance is located north of North Ponds Park.  Parking is most convenient at North Ponds park.  If the north parking lot off Orchard Rd. is closed (which is usually is), the parking in the main lot off the Rt 104 service works well.

Connecting and Nearby Trails

  • The south entrance is near North Ponds park allowing easy access to the North Ponds Loop trail (1 mile).
  • North Ponds park also connects to the Rt 104 Trail running East-West (6 miles) .
  • The Webster Hojack Trail is located near the south entrance.  Follow Orchard Road west to the end, then turn right onto Holt road and make the first left into the Ryan Home development.
